It is bittersweet to announce that I am closing my practice on October 14th, 2026. I am relocating to Nevada to support veterans’ PTSD treatment. While I am excited to continue my work, it is a difficult good-bye for me to leave New Hampshire and the wonderful people I’ve met here.
After practicing in different states, I have had clients try to find me, even years after moving.Therefore, I have hired TheraClosure to be the custodian of my records. They will manage them for 7 years following the last date of service (for Medicare recipients, 10 years). Following my relocation in November 2026, TheraClosure will assist with referral options and accessing your records as needed to manage your ongoing care.
